Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 3–5 years of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines; work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes and cash application.
• Forecast cash flow and implement robust collection processes.
• Reconcile accounts and support HR/payroll data processing.
• Prepare bank deposits and post cash receipts as needed.
• Maintain six-week cash flow forecast report.
• Support HR payroll and 401(k) management activities.
• Ensure internal controls and SOX compliance.
