CR&R Incorporated is seeking a motivated Accounting Specialist to support both AP and AR functions. This role is based in Corp (Stanton), CA, 90680, with a day shift and an hourly rate of $24.00 - $26.00. The position emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing of invoices and payments.

You will help vendors, customers, and internal teams while maintaining organized financial records and contributing to the company’s financial success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting, AP, AR, or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to follow up to resolve issues.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Process and post vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Apply incoming customer payments including cash, ACH, credit card, and lockbox transactions.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve outstanding items.
• Support both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as business needs require.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with process improvements and special projects.
