Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Certifications in Medical Billing and Coding are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve denials, including COB, eligibility, coding, and billing.
• Appeal denials with appropriate documentation and correspondence.
• Document all actions in the PMS for each account.
• Identify denial trends and report to management.
• Handle secondary claims and ensure timely EOB attachments.
