Job summary

Superior Beverage Group in Columbus, OH is seeking an Accounts Reconciliation specialist responsible for reconciling cash, checks, and electronic funds transfers from daily deliveries. The role requires strong attention to detail and excellent customer service in person and by phone.

The full-time on-site position runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (or until the last driver returns). Comprehensive training and career development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of data entry or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service skills, in-person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash, checks, and electronic funds transfers from daily deliveries.
• Balance invoices against funds collected and product returned.
• Input data and orders into the system for processing.
• Respond to walk-in customers and sales representatives.
• Provide efficient customer service via telephone and in person.
• Learn closing procedures as backup.

Accounts Reconciliation OverviewAccounts Reconciliation is a full-time position that is responsible for the reconciliation of cash, checks, and electronic funds transfers.
