Bellamy Strickland Chevrolet Buick GMC in McDonough, GA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate for a full-time, in-person role. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of AR experience and familiarity with CDK is a plus.

You will handle day-to-day cash receipts, invoicing, collections, and communications with customers and internal staff. Strong attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CDK experience is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Enter current day cash receipts (checks, ACH, credit card) accurately and timely.
• Review customer accounts, invoices, and statements for accuracy.
• Answer AR inquiries via phone and email.
• Mail/Email invoices and statements to customers.
• Perform daily credit card reconciliation.
• Communicate with internal staff to resolve issues and facilitate resolution.
• Analyze customer credit and set credit limits.
• Make collection calls on outstanding accounts.
• Perform other accounting department tasks as assigned.

The Accounts Receivable Associate Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Enter all current day cash receipts accurately andin a timely manner. This includes checks,ACH,and credit card payments.

• Review customer accounts,invoices,and statements for accuracy.

• Answer all AR incoming calls and email inquiries.

• Mail/Email out invoices and statements.

• Daily credit card reconciliation.

• Respond to customerquestionsand resolve issues. Communicating with internal staff tofacilitateresolution.

• Analyze customer credit and set credit limits.

• Make collection calls on outstanding accounts.

• Perform other tasks andfunctionsassignedinthe accounting department.

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Associate:
- Must have2+ years of recent accounts receivable experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- CDK experience is aplus.
