Job summary

VALCOURT BUILDING SERVICES L C is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead daily AR operations, including invoicing, collections, and customer account management. You will manage a team of AR Specialists and Credit & Collections Analysts, collaborating with Finance, Operations and Sales to optimize cash flow and accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years AR experience, 2+ years in supervision, and strong analytical and process-improvement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive AR experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-entity environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Accounts Receivable and Credit & Collections professionals.
• Oversee daily accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and collections.
• Prepare and analyze AR aging reports and key metrics for management.
• Support month-end close activities and reconciliations for AR.
• Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
