Job summary

Dermatology Billing Associates is seeking a detail-oriented auditor to review accounts and ensure quality across the department. The role includes training in rotation for new staff and creating training checklists with sign-off by trainer and trainee.

You will handle rejections and write-offs before month-end, respond to client emails within 24 hours to 48 hours, cross-train on Advance MD and Clinix, and participate in weekly manager meetings to report workflow status.

Qualifications

• Auditing of accounts to ensure quality work throughout the department
• Training in rotation (of new staff)
• Assist with the creation and utilization of training check list and have both the trainer and trainee sign to ensure staff gets same training
• Rejections- review and write-off all rejections prior to the end of the month
• Client emails-must be worked within 24-48 hours
• Crosstrain on Advance MD and Clinix
• Attend manager’s weekly staff meetings
• Meet with Supervisor at least once per week to report workflow status
