This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to step into a strong existing team and drive process improvements, scalability, and smarter use of systems and reporting. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3 (AR Manager + Analysts)
• Oversee credit approvals, limits, and collections strategy
• Manage a portion of the AR portfolio and stay close to day-to-day activity
• Improve processes, workflows, and reporting for scalability
• Partner with sales and operations to balance growth and risk
• Drive ERP and system enhancements to increase efficiency
• Monitor risk trends and support financial reporting/borrowing base

Requirements

• 5+ years of credit, AR, or finance experience
