Job Title: Collections Supervisor/Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Location: 2501 Green Lane PA, 19057
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days on 2 days remote
Duration: 06 Months (possibility of extension)
Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Collections Supervisor to oversee accounts receivable and collection activities while maintaining a high level of customer service. This position will support the overall management of the collections department, improve operational processes, monitor team performance, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding receivables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review collection reports to monitor outstanding balances, collection status, and overall department performance.
  • Manage and follow up on past-due accounts to ensure timely collection of receivables.
  • Prepare and provide monthly Accounts Receivable (A/R) reports to senior management.
  • Manage customer account holds and coordinate appropriate resolution.
  • Research and resolve payment and account disputes by partnering with Sales, Customer Service, and customers.
  • Review delinquent accounts and coordinate placement with collection agencies when necessary.
  • Process customer credit card payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor collection activities and identify opportunities to improve processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Train, coach, and support new team members on collection procedures and department processes.
  • Assist management with special projects, process improvements, and other departmental initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide professional and effective communication with internal teams and customers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of collections experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with SAP, ERP, warehouse management systems, or similar business software preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and other business applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate team members.
