Production Resource Group (PRG) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor in Las Vegas, NV. You will supervise a team focused on billing, credit, and collections, manage the shared mailbox, and drive timely and accurate AR processes.
The role requires 5+ years in AR-related functions, 2+ years in supervision, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Oracle Fusion. Strong accounting knowledge and discretion essential for success.

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of a team of Accounts Receivable Specialist focused on Billing, Credit, and/or Collections. The AR Supervisor manages the team mailbox, and distributes work assignments and accounts, as well as provides second level support on issues and client inquiries escalated by their team or internal and external customers. The AR Supervisor runs regular reports to ensure a high quality of work from their team, and provides reporting and analysis to AR management and Account Executives/Project Managers as appropriate.
CA, CO, IL, NY, NJ and NV The pay range for this position is estimated to be $69,000 - $73,000. Actual pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data. Additionally, we offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with matching contributions.
