Job description

Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper / Remote - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $29.92 per hour / Medical, dental & vision / 401k / PTO

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Marco Technologies, you will:

1. Maintain a medium to large base of client and vendor accounts, investigate, reconcile, and collect on accounts.
2. Review and process daily client invoices and process monthly client statements.
3. Respond to internal and external client inquiries via AR inbox, email, phone, ACD call, fax, and/or mail.
4. Create custom invoices and compile spreadsheets for clients monthly or as requested.
5. Reconcile account balances to support custom invoices or as requested.
