Accounts Receivable Specialist - Temporary Assignment

About the Role:

The Kalmbach Feeds Accounting team requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to both internal and external customers at all levels. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will ensure that all customer checks are applied and deposited in a timely manner, provide accurate and detailed record keeping, and proactively maintain customer balances. As unique situations present themselves, the successful candidate must be sensitive to customer needs, corporate goals, team member goodwill and company reputation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• You initiate automatic and manual ACH payments for our customers
• You post daily cash and credit card payments, while ensuring confidentiality and security to all files
• You process customer banking information
• You are happy commuting to our corporate office in Upper Sandusky, OH
