Job summary

Green Worldwide Shipping, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our Atlanta-area team. You will reconcile and maintain AR for domestic and international customers, post payments, and keep accurate records in our ERP system.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Business and strong Excel skills, with shipping/Logistics AR experience considered a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business preferred or equivalent AR experience.
• Experience in collections or AR; shipping industry a plus.
• Strong MS Excel skills with advanced formulas.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and maintain AR from domestic and international customers.
• Post, verify, and record customer payments and AR transactions.
• Reconcile agent and customer accounts in a timely manner.
• Analyze and resolve short pays, claims and disputes.
• Record up-to-date notes in system log and file AR records.
