Job summary

Conflux Systems in Dunmore, PA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate for a 4-month engagement. On-site schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, pay rate $21.05/hr W2. Responsibilities include daily reconciliation, resolving check issues, bank deposits, and communications with shippers.

Must have strong verbal/written communication and MS Office proficiency. Nice-to-have includes Azure DevOps, Power BI, scripting, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate-advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook (Microsoft Office).
• Proficiency with MS Office suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Daily reconciliation of accounts receivable and banking processes.
• Resolve problem checks and correct proofs as needed.
• Make bank deposits and contact shippers regarding checks that cannot be processed.
• Process mail, perform data entry, typing and form processing.
