Responsibilities

• Initiate withdrawal and deposit of funds from customer accounts.
• Manage payment processing, bookkeeping, and collections for invoices.
• Coordinate with distribution center leaders to secure payments.
• Analyze aging invoices and propose actions to recover balances.
• Perform root cause analysis on payment issues to prevent recurrence.
• Assist training sessions and respond to customer inquiries via email.
• Other duties as assigned.
