Job summary

Concentra is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to ensure timely collection and accurate reporting in line with company policies. This full-time, on-site role is located at Global Way Linthicum, MD, with standard hours.

You will resolve issues with employers and insurers, process rebills, monitor aging, and prepare AR reports. Strong Excel/Outlook/Word skills and customer service focus are required. HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of demonstrated collection experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolves escalated issues with employers, insurers, TPAs and labs.
• Processes rebills and drafts correspondence to customers.
• Monitors aging reports to ensure timely collection.
• Reconciles documents and makes necessary adjustments.
• Performs account payment reconciliations from receipts.
• Prepares and distributes AR reports for management and clients.
• Negotiates repayment terms on past-due accounts.
• Refers accounts for collection or write-offs when appropriate.
• Trains new employees and assists peers.
• Schedules and distributes work to meet deadlines.
