The role requires strong Excel and Outlook skills, ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), and a 4-year accounting degree or equivalent experience. Retail grocery background is a plus, with a collaborative office setting and standard 8-hour shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Preferred experience with NetSuite or other ERP solutions.
• Retail grocery experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Works well in an office environment.
• 4-year accounting degree or relevant experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Audit the daily cash and sales reports from all stores and balance accounts.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
• Communicate with stores to help resolve issues when they occur.
• Responsible for multiple weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
