• High school diploma or GED required; related certification optional.
• 1–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing and adjustments.
• Accurately reconcile and post payments from checks, ACH, credit cards, and other methods.
• Allocate customer payments to open invoices for AR reporting.
• Primary contact for customers with outstanding balances.
• Prepare and issue customer statements and reminders for overdue accounts.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve account issues.
• Resolve payment discrepancies in coordination with internal teams.
• Assist monthly close and AR aging meetings.
• Determine credit status for new customers and adjust limits as needed.
