Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist at the Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

You will support wholesale, licensing, franchise and other customer accounts, create invoices, and manage payment applications and reconciliations. The role requires accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, cash application, or related role experience.

Responsabilités

• Create and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with contract terms and timelines.
• Review invoice support and research billing discrepancies.
• Monitor open accounts receivable balances and maintain records of invoice/payment status.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices in a timely, professional manner.
• Receive and apply customer payments using Oracle PeopleSoft AR/BI and related systems.
• Reconcile customer accounts and help tie revenue, invoices, payments, and GL activity.
• Provide information for receivables aging, cash forecasting, and period-end close.
