North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking an AR Specialist in Sunrise, FL to manage follow-up on unpaid claims and reimbursement appeals. You will identify billing errors, coordinate resolutions with internal teams and payers, and maintain HIPAA-compliant patient information.

The role requires 3–5 years of claims reimbursement experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred or beneficial.
• Experience in health care claims reimbursement is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate follow-up on unpaid claims and reimbursement appeals.
• Research billing errors and corrections related to claims.
• Communicate with internal and external resources to resolve issues.
• Review daily correspondence and appeals of denied claims.
• Collect updated patient demographics and insurance information as needed.
• Document account activity accurately for auditing purposes.
