Katch is a leading healthcare technology company specializing in payment coordination, seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Louisville, KY with a hybrid work arrangement. You will process payments, invoices, and cash receipts, research discrepancies, and support Accounts Payable as needed.

The role offers collaboration with Accounting and other teams, exposure to ERP systems, and opportunities to contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to research information, identify discrepancies, and follow procedures.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to work in a team.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming payments and apply cash receipts to the correct claims, files, customer accounts, or open invoices.
• Process client invoices and record cash receipts in ERP systems.
• Download and review credit card payment reports and post transactions.
• Research unidentified payments and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain supporting documentation for cash receipts and activity.
• Reconcile payment activity and related accounts; follow up on discrepancies.
