Qualifications

• Perform collection procedures as outlined in SOPs.
• Maintain an Account Portfolio of 1,000 accounts with accurate notes and terms for customers.
• Reconcile customer accounts and handle disputes in collaboration with sales and other departments.
• Cash application through various payment methods including checks, EFT, and Online Bill Pay.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer payments in SAP S/4 and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain customer portfolios with accurate notes and terms.
• Process cash applications via checks, EFT, and online payments.
• Handle disputes with sales and other departments to resolve issues.
• Manage high-volume accounts with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
