Qualifications

• 2+ years prior Billing & Accounts Receivable experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices for services in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied payments.
