Responsibilities

• Assists corporate financial officers and branch personnel as needed.
• Balances accounts receivable in EPS vs IMS.
• Assists with bank reconciliation and balancing.
• Assists with month-end closing processes.
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
• Applies customer payments and researches discrepancies.
• Processes credit card payments and credits.
• Prepares weekly deposits and management reports.
