Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.
• Preferred: 5–7 years of experience in AR or collections.

Responsibilities

• Observe and ensure accurate posting of customer payments to accounts.
• Follow up with customers on overdue invoices and resolve disputes.
• Enter/update customer information, invoices, and payments in AR systems.
• Organize invoicing/collections tasks to ensure timely sending and follow-up.
