You will post payments, support the credit department, and collaborate with branches to resolve account questions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 1+ years of bookkeeping/data entry experience preferred
• No prior experience required

Responsibilities

• Review daily A/R reports
• Reconcile customer accounts and balances
• Notify customers of open balances
• Communicate with customers on short-paid invoices and credits
• Apply credits to invoices and fix discrepancies
• Review unapplied cash postings
• Receive and upload tax certificates to tax software
• Enter and apply tax credits to invoices
• Handle inbound calls and emails regarding account questions
• Resolve billing issues before past due
