• Inform customers of past due balances via calls, emails, and mailings.
• Process inquiries from customers on outstanding invoices.
• Research discrepancies and reconcile customer accounts.
• Resolve billing and short- or over-payments as approved by management.
• Process credits and adjustments as needed.
