Job summary

WWC Engineering is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to maintain complete records for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, and the general ledger.

You will assist with client invoicing, vendor receipts, timekeeping, employee benefits, and GL reconciliation and reporting, with travel using WWC vehicles as needed.

A networked, detail‑oriented candidate with an AA or equivalent and 2–4 years of related experience will thrive in a supportive team.

• Proficient accounting knowledge to function independently and collaboratively with staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete records for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger.
• Assist with client invoicing and vendor receipt entry.
• Record employee timekeeping and administer employee benefits.
• Reconcile and report on general ledger accounts.
