WWC Engineering is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to maintain complete records for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, and the general ledger.
You will assist with client invoicing, vendor receipts, timekeeping, employee benefits, and GL reconciliation and reporting, with travel using WWC vehicles as needed.
A networked, detail‑oriented candidate with an AA or equivalent and 2–4 years of related experience will thrive in a supportive team.

WWC's Accounts Receivable Specialist maintains complete and systematic records pertaining to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, fixed asset, and general ledger accounts. They will assist with all areas of the accounting process including client invoicing, vendor receipt entry, employee time recordkeeping, employee benefit administration, and general ledger account reconciliation and reporting.
This position will involve some travel (using WWC vehicles) and thus this offer is made on the condition that you have a valid driver's license and that you are able to be covered by WWC's vehicle insurance. This offer is also contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug & alcohol test. Please note that this is an offer of at-will employment and does not constitute an employment contract between us.
