What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively manage delinquent accounts to optimize cash flow for the employer
- Research and resolve disputed delinquent account balances
- Maintain delinquent receivables rate within established ranges
- Evaluate delinquent account write-offs and coordinate with legal or collection agencies as needed
- Process daily cash receipts and monitor credits and returns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or Accountant role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Accounting certificate or degree
- B2B work experience
- Experience with mid-tier accounting software
- Proven knowledge of credit and collections
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
