Qualifications

• Experience managing collections and following up on overdue invoices.
• Ability to perform payment applications.
• Ability to resolve customer disputes while working with other departments.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to improve aging balances.
• Ability to escalated issues and maintain an open-minded attitude while seeking workarounds and solutions.
