Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in AR or accounting.
• Excellent Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly aging and follow-up with customers to determine a solution for uncollected amounts.
• Manage ~700 active AR accounts per specialist.
• Cash application and reconciliation of specified accounts.
• Process credit card payments and deposits.
• Prepare monthly statements and mail them on the 3rd business day.
