Keystone Clearwater Solutions in State College, PA, seeks an organized A/R Specialist to support weekly billing, manage customer accounts, and reconcile receivables, while assisting in performance analysis. This role collaborates with Operations, Business Development, and the CFO to ensure accurate, timely financial transactions.

An Associate degree in Accounting and 3–5 years' A/R or accounting experience, plus strong Excel and ERP familiarity (NetSuite/Oracle), are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting required.
• 3–5 years experience in billing, A/R or accounting.
• Strong Excel skills and Word/Outlook proficiency.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, NetSuite/Oracle preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with weekly invoice processing and customer billing.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and GL maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
• Manage collections and follow up on delinquent receivables.
• Collaborate with Directors to validate invoice details.
• Generate standard and ad hoc financial reports as needed.
• Support audits by providing required documentation.
• Contribute to performance analysis and reporting improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the CFO.
