Responsibilities

• Supervise a team to ensure billing, cash application, and collections are completed timely.
• Onboard, train, and develop staff performance.
• Serve as escalation point for AR risk and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Review AR aging and ensure month-end invoicing and cash applications are accurate.
