Responsibilities

• Process invoices for timely and accurate payment.
• Record and report AR transactions for financial reporting.
• Enter data into the AS400 system for record-keeping.
• Follow AR processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor payment status and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare reports and update the General Manager on AR status.
• Contact customers with delinquent accounts to collect payments and communicate terms.
