Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Kalamazoo, MI to perform routine and some non-routine clerical/accounting tasks. You will post electronic funds transfers, assign and post checks, and reconcile financial reports for timely, accurate ledgers.

The role requires AA in Business Administration/Accounting or 5 years AR experience, solid MS Office skills, and strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position with benefits starting day 1.

Qualifications

• AA in Business Administration/Accounting, and/or 5 years accounts receivable related experience.
• Basic/advanced MS Office skills preferred.
• Advanced/intermediate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures
• Prepares and posts electronic funds transfer
• Assigns and posts checks
• Reconciles and prepares accounting/financial reports
• Communicates with franchise owners regarding discrepancies and delinquent balances
