You will work in-office with senior leadership and property management, handling billbacks, CAM, ledgers, and timely AR activity, while leveraging Yardi and QuickBooks.

• Experience in AR, tenant billing, or property accounting.
• Yardi experience required; QuickBooks experience a plus.
• Strong accounting fundamentals with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple properties, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fully in-office, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant billing, billbacks, construction-related charges, and one-time billing items.
• Maintain tenant ledgers and ensure accurate and timely Accounts Receivable activity.
• Monitor outstanding balances and research and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Review lease abstracts and support new lease setup and billing activation.
• Assist with CAM reconciliations and annual tenant billing adjustments.
• Partner with property management and leasing teams to resolve tenant billing and AR-related issues.
