Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process weekly factored receivables; approx. 60 settlements per month.
• Process collections on factored receivables.
• Submit wire requests via Salesforce for factoring settlements.
• Manage responsibilities according to the factoring calendar.
• Reconcile settlement balances to Seller’s receivables system.
• Collaborate with Seller and Buyer contacts to resolve recon differences.
• Distribute accurate settlement reports via SharePoint or email.
• Assist Buyer and Sellers with settlement or wire discrepancies.
• Data entry into Lendscape (due date extensions).

Typical task breakdown:

• - Process weekly factored receivables; responsible for ~60 settlements per mo
• - Process collections received on fact rec
• - Submit wire requests via Salesforce for factoring settlements
• - Manage responsibilities according to established factoring calendar
• - Reconcile settlement balances to Seller’s receivables system
• - Collaborate with Seller and Buyer contacts to identify reasons for recon differences, obtain information on invoices/collections, etc.
• - Distribute accurate and timely settlement reports via SharePoint upload or email.
• - Assist Buyer and Sellers with settlement or wire discrepancies
• - Assist with misc tasks such as data entry into Lendscape (due date extensions)

Interaction with team:

- Daily interaction with team.

Team Structure

- 3 other analysts reporting into the manager. Apart of a larger treasury team. Serving global factoring teams on both manufacturing and Client financial sides, including accounting, credit, treasury, and others.

- Office – onsite full time

Education & Experience Required:

• - Years of experience: 10+ years
• - Degree requirement: HS Diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
