Job summary

The Wonderful Pistachios is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Los Angeles, CA to process and post incoming payments, reconcile accounts, provide statements, and manage collections for produce accounts within a collaborative accounting team. This role supports accurate invoicing (EDI), past-due reporting, and customer portal queries while maintaining records.

The position offers a hybrid schedule: in-office Monday–Wednesday with remote Thursday and Friday, plus training and development

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, and deduction research and reconciliation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
