ABOUT THE ROLE

HR MGMT 10 is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee payment collections, cash reconciliation, and accounts receivable activities across our retail dispensary partners.

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing outstanding balances, and ensuring timely payment collection. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Receivable & Collections

Manage accounts receivable and collect payments from retail dispensary partners, including in-person cash transactions.

Proactively contact retail accounts to follow up on outstanding balances and secure timely payments.

Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue balances and potential collection risks.
