• Return messages or inquiries for information requested in a timely basis.
• Place collection calls for specified past due accounts as directed.
• Perform any other duties defined by management.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of general accounting/cash processing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates degree in business, accounting or related field a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and priorities management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to interact with vendors and internal customers.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

• Frequently requires sitting, walking, and use of a computer or other office equipment.
• Frequently requires stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, and balancing.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and use senses to perform job duties.
• Frequently requires lifting and/or moving up to 10lbs. and occasionally up to 50lbs.
