Addison Group in Hatboro, PA is seeking an Accounting Support specialist to reach out to customers and vendors by phone and email to verify and update account and payment details, ensuring accuracy. You will input and maintain accurate financial and contact information in the company’s accounting platform, and conduct online research to locate incomplete data.

This role also provides administrative support to the Accounting and Accounts Payable teams, handling sensitive financial information

• Provide administrative support to the Accounting and Accounts Payable teams, particularly related to vendor documentation and payment processing
• Handle sensitive financial and personal information with discretion and professionalism
• Maintain a strong focus on data accuracy, organization, and consistency in all tasks
