Job summary

Hebrew, affiliated with National Health Care Associates, seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a full-time role at the West Hartford LTC center. You will generate and process invoices, reconcile accounts, and support billing inquiries to ensure financial stability for our residents.

Qualifications

  • Previous A/R experience in a Long-Term Care setting is preferred but not required - training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing practices, regulations, and relevant software applications (e.g. billing systems, Microsoft Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications
  • Deadline driven, detail-oriented individual
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

What You’ll Do

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely fashion. Your work will contribute to the financial stability of our organization, ensuring resources are optimized to provide the best care for our residents.


Key Responsibilities


  • Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly
