Job summary

Hebrew Center for Health & Rehabilitation in West Hartford, CT is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to be the first contact for individuals and families considering admission to our facility. You will guide them through the admissions process, coordinate paperwork and assessments, and ensure a smooth transition into our community.

Qualifications

  • Business Administration degree and/or 3-5 years related experience in long-term care.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing the admission process within a nursing facility.
  • Empathy for the needs of individuals and families during the transition process.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between prospective residents, families, and the facility

What You\'ll Bring:
