Accounts Receivable Specialist – Full-Time – Onsite 5 Days a Week

We are seeking a highly organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, collections, and AR operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Accounts Receivable Specialist role is critical to ensuring timely billing, accurate payment processing, and strong follow-up on receivables. The Accounts Receivable Specialist position reports to the Controller and plays a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the organization’s mission-driven work.

Salary – $60,000 – $65,000
