Overview

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a client in Concord, NH looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to the team! This is an excellent opportunity with a growing client.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards).
• Monitor aging reports and resolve past due accounts.
• Respond to inquiries on account balances.
• Receive, review, and set up approved credit applications.
• Maintain and update customer account records and files.
• Assist with monthly statement runs and related tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of AR experience
