Job Summary:

• Work aging/outstanding claim report in an accurate and timely manner.
• Check the status of insurance claims and follow up about any discrepancies.
• Document detailed/updated notes within the software.
• Submit and work insurance appeals.
• Ability to audit patient ledgers.
• Initiate insurance recoupments.
• Submit and work secondary claims.
