Sentry Management Inc. in Longwood, FL is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our Corporate Support Center. You will respond to calls and emails, support regional offices with AR inquiries, and help ensure timely posting of homeowner payments.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, Microsoft Office skills, and prior AR experience. A high school diploma or Associates degree is preferred; experience in a fast-paced environment and customer service mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Able to manage a diversified workload.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior accounts receivable experience.
• High school diploma or Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Support regional offices with accounts receivable inquiries.
• Ensure timely posting of homeowner payments to the accounting system.
• Maintain billing schedule for association dues.
• Update homeowner information in the association database.
• Mail payment coupon booklets and invoices timely.
• Bill delinquent penalties and send delinquent notices.
• Prepare AR reports for the monthly financial package.
