Qualifications include an AAS in finance or accounting and at least two years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Two years of accounting experience required.
• Accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Strong numerical and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with policies.
• Post and reconcile accounts receivable data.
• Prepare remittance data for electronic payments.
• Reconcile remittance data to invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Support accounts payable processing and vendor invoicing.
