Job summary

UTEX Industries Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to own the invoicing and collections across our US and UK operations. This on-site role in Houston, TX, offers a strong opportunity to modernize AR processes following our NetSuite ERP migration.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in manufacturing. Responsibilities include managing the full AR cycle, overseeing invoicing accuracy, and improving workflows in NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of accounts receivable experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with a modern ERP; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle for US and UK entities.
• Oversee intercompany invoicing and reconciliation.
• Monitor aging, drive collection efforts, and reduce DSO.
• Review, document, and improve AR workflows in NetSuite.
• Establish and report on AR KPIs to the Comptroller.
• Partner with sales and customer service to resolve billing disputes.
• Support month-end close and audit requirements.
